For USB Installs only, after the PC reboots, plug USB CardioCard ™ into an open USB port on your computer. Do not allow Windows to select a driver automatically. Select Install from a list or specific. Merge Cardio software. Merge Cardio is a system intended to be used to acquire, store, print, transfer, and archive clinical information including images, Hemodynamic studies and reports, measurements (via import from DICOM Structured Reporting, text files or optical character recognition of measurements captured on images) and cardiology. The CardioCard ™ Installation CD will initiate AUTORUN and start the install program. Click 'Ok' to all questions. At the end, we recommend you make a copy of the shortcut to your desktop. Windows will reboot at the end of the installation.
There are still some notes on plans that Coros had made public, then deleted, around May 2019. As their time passes and new firmware for Coros Pace, Apex, and Vertix are released, I’m adding to this post.

Adds indoor/outdoor Cardio modes – Cardio Gym / Cardio GPS – which record heart rate, calories and split time (and GPS track, distance for the outdoors/GPS mode)
In Gesture Backlight Auto mode, gesture backlight will be disabled during the sleep hours set in COROS app.
Elevation data bug fixes.
Firmware Update 2.10, released August 20, 2019
Adds stride length graph for Run and Trail Run modes on the COROS app.
Adds lap details on the workout summary on the watch.
Adds “Delete All” feature to the notification widget on the watch.
Multiple bug fixes.
Again, Coros noted: “Please check your COROS app for updates. If your COROS app is not at its latest version, please update the app from App Store or Google Play first.”
